WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR PURCHASE PRICE:
The prices are: $2,500 for terrier pets; $2,500 for yellow Labs; and $3,000 for chocolate Labs.
20% discount for first responders and veterans ($2,000 for yellows and blacks; $2,400 for chocolates).
Price includes the following:
- AKC limited registration (no progeny may be registered, unless Breeding Contract is signed with conditions for breeding agreed upon and additional compensation identified -- breeding rights doubles price of puppy).
- AKC official litter certificate or pedigree at my discretion showing a minimum of three (3) generations.
- An AKC 15-digit ISO microchip.
- Registration of microchip with AKC Reunite for life.
- One Merck NeoPar vaccination against parvo virus at 3.5 to 4 weeks.
- Nobivac Canine-1 DAPPv vacinnations at 6 weeks, 9 weeks and 12-13 weeks (new owners must get boosters at 4 months and 12 months to maintain my guarantee).
- Dewormings at 6 and 8 weeks with pyrantel pamoate.
- Vet visit at 7 weeks with stool sample submitted (if needed, will deworm with vet-recommended product).
- Depending on weather and environmental conditions, possible treatment with Toltrazuril for coccidia (stress from leaving home can cause puppies to develop diarhea and vomiting, but you should treat with pumpkin puree rather than chemicals that are harmful to immature puppy livers and kidneys. VCA hospitals will run up a $5,000 bill for a couple of days of "treatments" and tests. Don't panic!
- If needed because of a condition, a second vet exam can occur at 9-10 weeks.
- Puppies can leave home at 12-13 weeks (puppies are bigger, but their immune systems are more robust and mature at this age rather than 7-8 weeks as some breeders let them go to minimize their maintenance costs. I believe in taking care of them here longer to insure a healthier immune and body condition.
- Lifetime of advise and counseling about your concerns and issues. You can call me in the middle of the night if an emergency occurs. I don't know everything, but with 25 years of experience, I know some things about raising puppies.
